On December 14, 2024, the construction media were invited to an exclusive event organized by Corso Magenta at the Holiday Inn Paris Express Canal de la Villette hotel. The aim was to present the CorsoFacility® dry paint film to journalists, and give them an insight into its practical application.

Sandrine Troccaz, manager of L’Hôtel Parister in Paris, was fed up with having to “constantly” repaint her SPA shower area.

These are 2 recurring issues for hotels :

• Traditional paint is not resistant to humidity and water splashes, and requires frequent maintenance.
• Customers leave stains and impacts on the walls, requiring regular repainting.

When it came to renovating the ceiling in its dining room, Hôtel Les Pages was faced with a major challenge :                              Find a solution that keeps the restaurant up and running, can be completed quickly, and avoids the inconvenience of liquid paint :

In December 2014, the Regina hotel was looking for a decorative solution for its entire staircase column.

Les Hôtels du Pré, a 150-room establishment, faces a recurring challenge: refurbishing
bathroom ceilings.

Ceilings are renovated every 2 to 3 years, depending on the quality of ventilation (stains),
cracks, blisters). This is a time- and resource-intensive process.

Thanks to CorsoFacility, Les Hôtels du Pré were able to significantly improve their renovation
process in May 2023.

The work began at 9am and finished at 5pm, completing 3 ceilings in a single day. It is
possible to renovate 4 ceilings in the same period.
All rooms were allocated to new customers on the same day, with the first room allocated at
1pm!

CorsoFacility saves precious time by eliminating drying time,
and simplifying preparation phases.
The result is a meticulous finish with 2 or 3 times the durability of new.

Following this successful experience, Les Hôtels du Pré plans to redo a dozen more ceilings.
